Engineers will arrive onsite to perform a full site survey, carefully working their way through your site, our engineers will also advise of any additional locations that may benefit from additional surveillance to protect your business and employees.

Access routes to camera locations will be noted and passed onto the intended installation team, helping provide a fast and efficient install.

Once the survey has been performed the project will be handed over to our design team so that they can build your bespoke quotation.

Our team will take into consideration all of the points noted in the engineer’s survey report, they will also make contact to discuss budget requirements and time frames for installation and will manage this throughout the project.

During this design process RJ Cortel will put together a comprehensive package that will meet your requirements and ensure all locations are covered with the appropriate equipment, providing all options if required such as ANPR, Night Vision, Pan Tilt and Zoom cameras.

Our design team will work closely with you to ensure the project is brought in on time and within budget.

Our team will return to perform the install on your chosen installation date, all items necessary, such as MEWPs if required, will already be on site so that the installation can begin.

During installation the team will run all of the connections to the cameras carefully selected locations ensuring they make minimal disruption to your daily tasks.

The engineers will  take into consideration all of the notes made on the survey and from the design team to ensure you fully satisfied with your system.

Once the installation has been completed our engineers will then deliver project training and provide you with remote viewing access on any internet enabled device, once you are happy with the install the engineers will close the project.
